The Desert Gorge

Use the bird statue and then activate the timeshift stone with your beetle. It’s at the top of the right pillar.

Hop into the cart behind you and you should see a bomb when it stops. Let your beetle carry it to the top of a tree on your left. This should activate a timeshift stone and a new cart.

Just bear in mind that half way through the cave a deku baba is going to fall from the ceiling. There are also some pink crystals that need activating. It’s best to send your beetle in first to take care of this.

When you do make it through, grab the ancient flower.

Now the entrance will be blocked.

Begin by using the bombs from a cactus to blow up the boulders on top of the pillars just right of Gorko.

Take out the technoblins and then speak with the robot. He will give you some clues on getting inside the temple. He will sort your map out for you so you can see secret paths.

First off though, there is a goddess cube. See it? Good. Send you beetle to the timeshift stone just below the cavern. Now push the cart into the radius and get ready for a skyward strike. Once you are on your way past the cube, use it.

Once you get to the end, hop out and go into the cave.
